    3. Shipping Method & Cost

    Standard Shipping via our trusted carrier partners - Hermes UK (Evri), Royal Mail , DPD.
    Free of charge on all orders.

    4. Delivery Time

    Estimated transit time: 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
    Please allow an additional day for remote or island locations.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

    6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us via the Contact Us page within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
    We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

    To change your shipping address, contact us before your order enters the fulfillment stage via the Contact Us page.
    Once dispatched, we cannot reroute or intercept parcels in transit.
