1. Return Period

After notifying us of cancellation, you have 30 calendar days to return the goods.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
  
• In their original packaging with all labels and accessories
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
  We may refuse a refund if items are not returned in a saleable condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is your responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items, in which case we will cover return postage.

4. How to Return

5. Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
